1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and casno (operating under the domain casno.cam) ("casno", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the casno online casino platform, including all services, games, software, features, content, and functionality offered through our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

2.3 Account Security

You agree to notify casno immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. casno shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security, and you agree to indemnify casno for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

3. Prohibited Territories and Restricted Users

casno Services are intended exclusively for users physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform and placing bets or playing games. You may not use casno Services if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States, the United Kingdom (without proper UKGC licensing), France, Singapore, Australia, or any other country that restricts or prohibits online gambling activities.

Additionally, the following categories of individuals are prohibited from using casno Services: (a) individuals employed by casno or any affiliate company; (b) immediate family members of casno employees; (c) individuals involved in the development, operation, or maintenance of casno games or software; (d) professional gamblers or individuals banned from gambling establishments in the Philippines or any other jurisdiction; (e) individuals who have previously been excluded from casno for responsible gaming concerns, fraud, or Terms violations; and (f) individuals acting on behalf of third parties or engaging in account trading, betting syndicates, or arbitrage activities.

casno reserves the right to verify your location through IP address tracking, geolocation technology, and other technical means. If we determine that you are accessing the Service from a prohibited territory, your account will be suspended, all pending bets voided, and your account balance (minus any bonus funds) returned to you.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Account Funding

casno supports deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, direct bank transfers with BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks, as well as over-the-counter payment options through 7-Eleven CLiQQ and similar services. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. casno does not charge processing fees for deposits, although your payment provider may impose their own fees. In cases of account termination for Terms violations or fraudulent activity, casno reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposits and winnings. In cases where termination occurs for reasons not related to fraud or Terms violations, casno will return your account balance (minus any bonus funds or pending bonuses) after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, casno, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL casno'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO casno IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11.3 Force Majeure

casno shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other force majeure event.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless casno, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party; (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; or (e) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses of arbitration, with the arbitrator's fees split equally unless the arbitrator determines that one party should bear a greater share based on the circumstances.

17.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You and casno expressly waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

18. Entire Agreement
